You can do that with the help of the consignment number which is mentioned in the receipt that you got it from a courier company. Once you entered the number you will get the reasons of non-delivery and then you can take the action accordingly. Contact to customer care Sometimes courier companies mentioned the whole procedure of re-delivery on their website only you need to raise the tickets. But at times when the company doesn’t mention about the process, you must contact its customer care agents for escalations. They will let you know the reasons and also inform you about the next attempt they’ll make for delivery. Workout on the reasons Failure delivery can be any of the reasons so you have to see and work out on them accordingly. Suppose if the address is not right or nobody is available at the same address then either correct it or change it. Apart from that if the receiver will be available on particular dates then mention those dates in the escalation form. So that you can make sure that your parcel delivers to the receiver in the second attempt.
